PI Network Impedance Matching

Computes the capacitor and inductor values for a PI network impedance matcher. DC current mode selects between the LP (pass DC) and HP (block DC) component sets. Q factor must be at least √(Rmax/Rmin - 1).

1 = Pass DC current (LP topology), 0 = Block DC current (HP topology)
